We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are our shipping policies to ensure a smooth experience.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within South Africa. If you are outside South Africa and would like to place an order, please contact us at aweh@benaai.co.za to discuss potential shipping options.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed within 1-3 business days of the next business day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We use Pudo Locker-to-Locker for all our deliveries to ensure safe and timely shipping. Below are the estimated shipping times and costs:

Estimated Delivery Time: 1-4 business daysCost: R60 flat rate

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through Pudo’s website or mobile app.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at aweh@benaai.co.za for assistance.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the package and its contents and email us within 48 hours of receipt.
We are not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.
